Refund & Return Policy

1. Refund Eligibility – Only in These Cases

  • Order cancelled before pickup is attempted
  • Payment made but pickup not completed within 24 hours
  • Service not available in pickup or delivery area

2. No Refund Allowed In These Situations

  • Package has been picked up from sender
  • Shipment is in transit or out for delivery
  • Wrong/incomplete address provided by sender
  • Damage or loss due to improper packing by sender
  • Consignee refused to accept the shipment

3. Shipment Process – No Refund After Step 3

  1. Order placed & payment received
  2. Pickup scheduled
  3. Package collected → No refund possible
  4. AWB generated & label printed
  5. Shipment in transit
  6. Delivered or returned to sender

4. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

  • Email us at support@andamanexpress.com within 2 hours of booking
  • Mention: Order ID / AWB Number, Reason for cancellation, Payment reference
  • Refunds (if approved) processed to original payment method within 5–7 working days

5. Non-Refundable Charges

  • GST & all government taxes
  • Convenience / platform fee
  • Insurance charges (if opted)
  • Failed delivery / return-to-origin charges
  • Any additional charges due to address correction or rescheduling

6. Return / Reverse Pickup Policy

Andaman Express India Pvt. Ltd. is a **logistics & transportation service provider** — we do not sell or supply goods. Therefore:

  • Return of physical items is not handled by us
  • Any return request must be coordinated directly between sender and receiver
  • Courier charges are non-refundable even if consignee refuses the shipment
  • Reverse pickup (return shipping) can be booked separately at standard rates
  • Return pickup usually completed within 2–3 business days after confirmation
